The Processed Food Your Doctor Thinks is Healthy
And your dietitian, and the American Heart Association, and the Dietary Guidelines for Americans . . . hint: they’re wrong.
Healing and Hippocrates
Can we expect healing if we continue to do things that made us sick to begin with?
We’ve been lied to
Whether you realize it or not, you’ve been told wrong about human nutrition.
You might have even heard that certain dietary patterns are “evidence-based” and have the stamp of approval from various associations, such as the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the American Heart Association, the American Diabetes Association, the American College of Cardiology, or the American Cancer Society, as well as government agencies like the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and their Dietary Guidelines for Americans.
Together with big-name universities like Harvard, Tufts, Stanford, Johns Hopkins, and the Mayo Clinic, they seem to have reached a consensus about what humans should be eating.
If health agencies, government agencies, and academia reach a consensus, they must be right. There must be unequivocal science backing their position, right?
Right?
Well.
You’ve heard the saying “Fifty million Frenchmen can’t be wrong”?
Well, they can, and in this case, they are.
But how? How could so many credentialed, educated people have made such a big error?
Start Your Journey
(and gather around for a story)
Everyone has a story.
Let me tell you mine.
Want to lose body fat?
Most often, I’m asked to help people lose body fat.
I created a program that will help you do just that.
In it, you will learn:
- Why “calories in vs calories out” is the wrong way to think about weight loss – and how you should think about it
- The biggest levers you can pull that will make the most difference
- Abstinence or moderation
- Proper human diet & nutrition
- How to maintain your results
- How to stay motivated
- Lifestyle factors outside of nutrition, including physical training, sleep, mindset, and environment optimization
- How to not need the program anymore
And many more things.
Side effects may include an overall improvement in health, mood, vitality, energy, and a reversal of the trend of chronic metabolic conditions such as type 2 diabetes.
